What can I do on Xplor Home?

Home Webpage

  • Save payment details

  1. Check for an invitation email in your Inbox and select Create Account.

  2. Click Create Account.

  3. Enter Password.

  4. Enter Mobile Number.

  5. Enter Account Pin.

  6. All Done!

NB: Please email your service if you do not receive an invitation email within 24 hours of enrolment.

Managing Bookings

How to make a permanent booking

If you are submitting your new enrolment form, you are able to request your permanent bookings via the enrolment form. ​

All other changes, cancellations or additional permanent bookings must be requested via email to your service.

  1. Log into your Home App

  2. Select "Bookings"

  3. Select the appropriate date of casual booking and select the + in the top right corner

  4. Select "Booking"

  5. Select the appropriate group (BSC/ASC/Vacation Care) 

  6. Go back to the calendar and select the shopping cart in the top right corner

  7. Select "Request"

 

NB: If the sessions have been booked successfully, the next screen will show a "confirmed" status for the booking & the day will have a solid orange dot when bookings is confirmed

How to mark an absence

NB: If marking an absence outside of the cancellation periods, please ensure you email your service in order to not be charged.

  1. Login to the Xplor Home app. 

  2. Select "Bookings"

  3. Select the date you need to mark your child/ren absent for.

  4. Select the session that your child will not be attending (BSC/ASC/Vacation Care).

  5. Select "Absent"

  6. Click "Request" to send the absence.

  7. The Service will review your absence request and approve your absence request.

How to cancel a booking

  • Any changes/cancellations to Permanent Bookings or Vacation Care Bookings require 2 weeks notice.

​

  • If you wish to cancel any Permanent Bookings or Vacation Care Bookings, you will need to advise your Centre via email with at least 14 days' notice. 

​

  • If you wish to cancel a Casual Booking, you will need to provide at least 24 hours notice via email.
